Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Eepresentatives of the United Terms or en-suit States of America in Congress assembled, That hereafter a term of the cir- °°°¤¤ m- cuit court of the United States for the districts of California, Oregon, and Nevada shall be held as follows, namely: For the district of Calicnmbruiu.; fornia, in the city of San Francisco, on the second Monday of February, Oregon; July, and December of each year; for the district of Oregon, in the city _ of Portland, on the second Monday of April, August and November of N°V=*d¤·- each year; and for the district of Nevada, in the city of Carson, on the second Monday of ‘March, June, and October of each year.
