Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United _ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- Pension to Au¤M terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the B'“°k€“· pen sionroll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, ‘ the name of Ann M. Brackett, widow, mother of John M. Brackett, late a private in company F, eighth regiment Maine volunteers, and pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, June 6, 1874. CHAP. 240.-—An act for the relief of Magdalena Docks.
