Cnurnnrnn. was elected President of the Senate pro tempore, on the twenty-third day of December, 1874, and so acted from time to time until the first day of January, 1875. HENRY B. ANTHONY was chosen President of the Senate pro tempore, on the twenty-fifth day of January, 1875, and so acted until the iirst day of February, 1875. Bagley, late a pri— veto in company E, twenty-ninth regiment Ohio volunteers, and pay a pension to her from the time when her name was dropped from the pension-roll. Approved, December 21, 1874.
