Abeel, widow of James S. Abeel, late ordnancestorekceper in the United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month as though the said James S. Abeel had held the rank of captain in the Army of the United States; this act to take eifect from its passage, and the pension hereby granted to be in lieu of that which she is now receiving.
