Clerk of the House of Representatives are hereby authorized and directed Extra pay to to pay all committee clerks, pages, messengers, and other employees of S<>¤¤¤¤ ¤·¤<1 Holm the Senate and House of Representatives who do not receive annual °'“P1°Vé“· salaries, and who are in such employ at the passage of this resolution, their present rate of compensation respectively for fifteen days from the date of the adjournment of this session of Congress; and the money required to pay the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and shall be immediately available. Sec. 2. That the following sums be, and the same are hereby, appropriateid, out of any money in the 'I‘reasury not otherwise appropriated, name y: To enable the Clerk of the House of Representatives to pay John E. J. E. Kelley. Kelley, for services as messenger to the Committee of Ways and Means, during the present session of Congress, at the rate of one thousand dollars per annum. To supply a deficiency in the appropriation for stationery and news- Stationery, papers for the House of Representatives, for the fiscal year eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, eight hundred dollars. To supply a deficiency in the appropriation for pay of folders for the Pay of folders. Senate, for the fiscal year eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, one hundred dollars · To enable the Clerk of the House to pay a sum equal to one months W. H. To pay Hf T. Burrows for his services as a special messenger of the H. T. Burrows. Senate, during the nscal year ended June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, the sum of five hundred and eleven dollars and thirty cents; the same being the salary of a messenger less the amount already received by him on account of said service. To enable the Secretary of the Senate to pay Wilbur F. McDaniel for W- F- McDanielservices as messenger to Senate document room, under resolution of the Senate of May twentieth, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, for the fiscal year eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, eighty dollars, and for the fiscal year eighteen hundred and eighty, seven hundred and twenty dollars; in all, eight hundred dollars;` and to pay A. R. Potts and C. F. A. E. Potts.
