Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rqsrescntativu of the United MilesCityBridge States of America in Congress assembled, That the Miles City Bridge ggg¤£•°¤}y_¤¤¢!;g1¤ Company, acorporation existing under the laws of the Territory of Ycllwstggggiwg Montana, and having authority to construct and maintain a bridge ,,,M,1,,,C,,y_M,,,,_ across the Yellowstone River at or near Miles City in the county of tam. Custer, in said Territory, be, and is hereby, authorized to construct and maintain, for the purpose of making a more perfect crossing of said gver attall times dnaing the year, a bridge across the said Yellowstone iver a or near said Miles City, to be nsed by said company,_its successors or assigns, for all purposes of rail and other transportation over sai river.
