July 1396, Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- Anna Kassingsr. rior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension- P°'¤¤°¤· roll the name of Anna Kessiuger, widow of Daniel F. Kessinger, late a private in Company A, Sixth Regiment of Ohio Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. This act to take effect from and alter its passage. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Alonzo V. Rich· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ards- _ pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension °f°““i°“ “‘°"’°" laws, the name of Alonzo V. Richards, late a second lieutenant in the Signal Corps, United States Army, and that he shall draw a pension at the rate allowed to second lieutenants of said service, and that this shall be in lieu of the pension now paid him.
