CHAP 813.-An act for the relief of Frances H. Plummer. July 29, 1S!!). Be it enacted by the Smale and Home of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of one thousand F mucesli-P¤¤¤m· dollars be paid, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States mg; t t not otherwise appropriated, to Frances H. Plummer, widow of J. B. ‘ ym°°' °` Plummer, deceased, in full satisfaction and discharge of any and all claims against the United States for the loss of property by said J. B.
