Gregory, of Company H, Fifteenth Regiment Vermont Volunteers. Approved, May 17, 1888. CHAP. 269.—An act granting a pension to John Kinney. May 1*:, 158. Be it enacted by the_Senate and House of Representatives of the United of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary f,g’;*ig§'*¤°Y· of the Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place ' on the pension-roll the name of John Kinney, late private Company M, First Regiment Ohio Heavy Artillery, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary gem Pm;. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of “* °“‘ Joseph Perry, of Dearborn County, ndiana, late a private in Captain Joseph H. Burkam’s company, Twelfth Regiment of Indiana M1 itia, on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations of the pension laws, the said Joseph Perry having been disabled while in the line of duty in the military service in the late war.
