Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the ·7<>*¤tE· Smith United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°°°1°°` of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be placed on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John E. Smith, late a private in Company B, Fifty-ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry. Approved May 18, 1888. May 19, 1888. CHAP. 296.-An act for the relief of Francis Daniels.
