Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rgpresentati/ues of the United States of America in Congress assemble , That the Secretary §g:;gl};Di;¤*¤¢f·d of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase mm ` the pension of Henry L. Potter, late colonel of the Seventy-iirst Regiment of New York State Volunteers, to fifty dollars per month. Approved, June 20, 1888. CHAP. 435.-An act to increase the pension of Albert E. Magoiiin. ·7¤¤¤ $0- 1888- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ,é;‘}_;¥°°,F,¤*;i¤8°¤,¤ of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized to increase the gen- ` sion of Albert E. Magoiiin, late a member of the Eighty-ninth hio Veteran Volunteer Infantry, on the pension-roll, so as to include injury to leg, as Set forth in original application, said increase of pension to begin from and after the passage of this act. Andrews, deceased, late a private in Company C, Forty-fourth Regiment of Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Approved, June 20, 1888. CHAP. 437.-An act increasing the pension of Jesse Dickey. June Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatzres of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary gxogfggggémd of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase ` the pension of Jesse Dickey, late of Captain J ohnson’s company Illinois Mounted Volunteers, Black Hawk war, to twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 20, 1888. CHAP. 438.-An act granting a pension to Mrs. Mercy Knight. Mercy {fright, dependent stepmother of Lendall Wright, deceased, late a private in Com any D, ifteenth Regiment of Maine Infantry Volunteers, and pay {er a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
