Approved, July 2, 1888. CHAP. 513.-An act granting a pension to Joseph B. Tingley. Ju]? 2· 18% Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary §‘;§_§§‘nB· '““€l°Y~ of the Interior be directed to (place the name of Joseph B. Tingley, ` late a prrivate in Company K, ne hundred and sixty-ninth Pennsylvania olunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to all the provisions and limitations of the pension laws.
