Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary M· Pickwof the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place ` on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the réension laws, the name of William M. Dicken, of Clinton County, entucky, late a member of Captain Abijah Guthrie’s company of Kentucky Home Guards. Approved, August 9, 1888. CHAP. 849.-An act granting a pension to Martha J. Rushford, widow of John August 9, 1888. Rushford. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ¥;·£!3¤;·1J.R¤¤shf¤rd. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place " ‘ on the pension-roll, subject to the restrictions and limitations of the nsion laws, the name of Martha J.
