That the use of the southeast quarter of the southeast 0<¤¤i¤i>¤ivquarter of section twenty, township; thirteen south, range thirty- eiight west, heretofore set apart by the military authorities of Fort allace as a cemetery, is hereby granted to the city of Wallace for cemetery purposes, said grant to continue so long as the said tract is used as a cemetery, and when such use ceases the same shall revert to the Government: Provided, That bodies heretofore interred in mum. said ground shall not be disturbed. Sec. 5. That the northeast quarter of section twenty-nine, town- beB¤ii&ii¤s¤ www ship thirteen south, range thirty-eight west, being that portion of S° ` sai reservation on whic are situated the buildings constituting the Fort Wahace military post, shall be appraised under the direction of the Secretary of the Interior and sold at public or private sale, as he may deem to the best advantage of the Government, except that it shall not be sold at less than its appraised price.
