That there be constructed and established a first-class light-ship, Mgsat Round Shoal, with a steam fo signal, off Great Round Shoal, sea-coast of Massachusetts, near Nantucket, the cost of which shall not exceed the sum of sixt thousand dollars: Provided, That the construction of Prvviw.
