Walton. of the Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to lace P°”‘°“ ‘“°"’“°"‘ on the pension-roll, subject to the mgpvisions and limitations ol, the pension laws, the name of John E. alton, late of Company C, One undredth Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay him at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of the (pension he is now receivin under certificate numbered one hundre and seventy-six thousand six hundred and forty-one. Johnson, on certincate numbered three hundred and eleven thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine, which would have been paid to him but for his death in April, eighteen hundred and eighty-five.
