August 15, 1g9g_ Re it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States og America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Dwight Parker. of the Interior e, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place P°'”“°“‘ the name of Dwight Parker, son of Morgan Parker, late private in Company F, First Regiment Michigan igglneers and L echanics, now_ deceased, upon the pension-roll of the nited States, and to pay to his lawfully constituted Guardian said Dwight Parker a pension, from and after the approval of this act, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, August 15, 1890. CHAP. 765.-An act granting a pension to Rebecca Tussey. August 15, 1890.
