February 14, 19% Re it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary gown Gorham of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place '“i°”` on the pension roll the name of Thomas Gorham, of Wallaceburgh, Hempstead County, Arkansas, who served as a private in Captain G. _. Swag§e{·ty’s Comdpany, Second Regiment Georgia Mounted Volunteers, orida an Cherokee wars of eighteen hundred and thirty-seven and eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Be it enacted by the Senate and House my Representatives of the United States of America in Congress asse· led, That the Secretary Wwipm A. Todd. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to (place P°"‘°”°"‘ on the pension roll the name of illiam A. Todd, who serve as a péivate in Captain John D. Sill’s company of Colonel William odd’s battalion, Georgia Creek War Volunteers, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Thomasson, deceased, who served as third lieutenant,Captain reen’s companIy,VV'ood’s battalion, Georgia Militia, Creek war, eighteen hundred an thirty-six, and as iirst lieutenant Captain Storey’s company, Ij`1rst»Georg1a Infantry, Cherokee war, eighteen hundred and t irty-eight, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month.
