CHS. 266-270. 1891. 1369 N3?. 266.-An act to remove the charge of desertion against Urs Ambrose F¤l¤'¤¤¤'Y2*·!8W· Re it enacted by the Senate and House qéllepresentatryes of the United States of America in Congress assem led, That the Secreta Unsmumsumnu. of War is hereby authorized and directed to remove from the recorldss m" d""""" the charge of desertion against Urs Ambrose Nunlist, alias Urs Nunlist, Company C, One hundred and eighteenth .0hio Volunteer Infantry, and substitute therefor discharged from further military _ service on June nfth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, by order of the probate court of Hamilton County, Ohio, on writ of habeas corpus, sued out by hisfather because he was a minor under the age of · eighteen years, and placed in the custody of his father, and issue to him a certificate of honorable discharge as of date June fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, by reason of such habeas corpus proceedings. .
