which have been advanced in any manner or by any process of manufacture beyond the washed or scoured condition, not specially provided for in this act, shall be subject to the same duties as are imposed upon manufactures of wool not specially provided for in t is act. `?Y¤r¤¤, ew. 391. On woolen and worsted yarns made wholly or in part of wool, worsted, the hair of the camel, goat, alpaca, or other animals, valued at not more than thirty cents per poun , the duty per pound shall be two and one-half times the duty im sed by this act on a ound of unwashed wool of the first class, andoin addition thereto, thirty five per centum ad valorem ; valued at more than thirty cents and not more than forty cents per pound, the duty per pound shall be three times the duty impose by this act on a pound of unwashed wool of the first class, andp in addition thereto thirty-five per centum ad valorem ; valued at more than forty cents per pound, the duty per pound shall be three and one-half times the duty imposed by this act on a pound of unwashed wool of the urst class, and in addition thereto forty per centum ad valorem. On woolen or worsted cloths, shawls, knit fabrics, and all fabrics made on knitting machines or frames, and all manufactures of every description made wholly or in part of wool, worsted, the hair of the camel, goat, alpaca, or other animals, not specially provided for in this act, valued at not more than thirty cents per pound, the duty per fpound shall be three times the duty imposed by this act on a pound o unwashed wool of the first class, ancbin addition thereto forty per centum ad valorem; valued at more than thirt and not more than forty cents per pound, the duty per pound shall be three and one·half times the duty imposed by this act on a pound of unwashed wool of the first class, and in addition thereto forty per centum ad valorem; valued at above forty cents per pound; the duty per pound shall be four times the duty imposed by this act on a {pound of unwashled yvool of the first class, and in addition thereto ii ty per centum a va orem. .

Bl•nhm,1m¤¤.efc. 393. On blankets, hats of wool, and ilannels for underwear composed wholly or in part of wool, the hair of the camel, goat, alpaca,

or other animals, valued at not more than thirty cents dper pound, the duty per dpound shall be the same as the duty impose by this act on one poun and one-half of unwashed wool of the first c ass, and in addition thereto thirty per centum ad valorem; valued at more than thirty and not more than forty cents pier pound, the duty per pound shall be twice the duty imposed by this act on a pound of unwashed wool of the first class; valued at more than forty cents and not more than fifty cents per pound, the duty per pound shall be three times the duty imposed y this act on a poun of unwashed wool of the first class; and in addition thereto upon all the abovenamed articles thirty-five per centum ad valorem. On blankets and hats of wool composed who ly·or in part of wool, the hair of the camel, goat, alpaca, or other animal, valued at more than fifty cents per pound, the duty per pound shall be three and a half times the duty imposed by this act ou a pound of unwashed wool of the Erst class, an in addition thereto forty per centum ad valorem. Flannels composed wholly or in part of wool, the hair of the camel, goat, alpaca, or other animals, valued at above fifty cents per pound shal be classified and pay the same dutyas women’s and children’s dress goods, coat linings, Italian cloths, and goods of similar character and description provided b this act. mmsgouu 394. On women’s and children’s dress goods, coat linings, Italian cloths, goods of similar character or description of which the warp consists wholly of cotton or other vegetable material, with the remainder of the fabric composed who y or in part of wool,
