Hagan, dependent mother of Bartlett C. Hagan, late a member of Company C, Sixty-second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers. Approved, February 11, 1893. CHAP. 9'7.—~An act granting a pension to Samuel Luttrell.F•b'¤¤'!
