Twomey, late a private of Company H, One hundred and thirty-ninth Regiment Indiana Infantry Volunteers, upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, and pay to him a pension of thirty dollars per month in lieu of any pension that may now be paid him. Received by the President, February 10, 1897.
