Unsold town Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United low, &<=· in PM- States of Americuyin Congress assembled, That the right to all the unsold ’Y%’:;gfd&i;)wn town lots and out-lots in the town of Perrysburg be, and the same is lo:s,&e.in hereby, vested in the commissioners of Wood county, in the state of Crcghansvillc, Ohio; and the right to all the unsold town lots and out-lots in the town &°· of Crcghansville be, and the same is hereby, vested in the commissioners of Sandusky county, in said state; on condition that said commissioners shall permanently locate the seat of justice for their respective counties at said towns; and that the net proceeds of the sales of so many of said lots as are necessary to be retained for the purpose of erecting public buildings thereon, be applied to the erection and improvement of the public buildings and squares in said towns respectively.
