Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Qggjfogfxgghad States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ` Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David Parker, late a private in Company A, Fourth Regiment New York Heavy Artillery, and to pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, June 8, 1898. June 8, 1808. CHAP. 405.-An Act Increasing the pension of William P. Haskell. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United wuum P.Haskell. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United 1¤•¤i•¤¤i¤ B••¤1¤- of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the 1°"°'" Interior be, and he hereby 1s, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin Beach, late of the Eleventh Regiment of Iowa Volunteer Infantry, also of Company I of the First Regiment of Ohio Infantry, and Company A of the First Iowa Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, said pension to be in lieu of the one he now receives.
