Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United mw,;‘:f,·mb,° States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, ¢1i¤<=1¤¤·s¤- and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause an honorable discharge, as of September twenty-ilrst, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, to be granted to Thomas West, late a private in Company F, Twelfth New York Infantry Volunteers, and late a private in Company B, One hundred and eightyfifth New York Infantry Volunteers:- Provided, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United gggsolgkfcgzépzfa States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ' Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Delos M. Kenyon, late first lieutenant Company D, One hundred and twenty-tirst New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
