the machinery belonging to other bureaus, one million three hundred
and fifty thousand dollars. To meet outstanding obligations incurred during the tiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred, bills for which have not yet been rendered, fifteen thousand dollars. To pay amounts found due by the accounting officers of the Treasury on account of the approlpriation "Equip·‘ient of vessels, Bureau of Equipment," for the iisca year nineteen hundred, fifteen thousand two hundred and seventy dollars and twenty -two cents.
