Be it enacted by the Senate and House qf'R¥2resentatices 0 f the United §;§;g§‘§§g,méd_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ension roll, sub`ect to the rovisions and limitations of the ension F ” at · P aws, the name of Eliza 1ght, widow of Albert Wight, late of Company K, Twenty-first Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional for the soldier’s minor child in lieu of that she is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rlefyresentatines 0 f the United QgXg})§·,§§m;h States of America in Congress assembled, rat the Secretary of the ` Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David P. Stewart, late of Complany L, iftieth Regiment New York Volunteer Engineers, and pay im a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 12, 1900. McBride, late sergeant in Captain L. D. Roatch, widow of David E. Roatch, late major, N inety-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month.
