Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Pg°°i°°m"°“°d‘ ension roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the ension laws, the name of Wesley C. Sawyer, late captain Company H, 'Fwenty- third Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and payhim a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
