Cns. 39-43. 1901. 1641 CHAP. 39.-An Act Granting a pension to John Erb. _ -1¤¤¤¤fY 14. 1901- Be it enacted by the Senate and [base of R¥>resentatices oftbe United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the {.‘g*},§,§,§P· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to lace on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations oi? the pension aws, the name of John Erb, dependent father of John Erb, junior, late of Company H, First Regiment Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 14, 1901. CHAP. 40.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary V. Wilmarth. January 14, 1901. Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofR?resentatives the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Mars; V.Wi1mmh. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°°°"°"m"°°S°d‘ pension roll, subject to the pspovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Mary V. ilmarth, widow of Roswell S. Wi marth, late second lieutenant Company D, Sixty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, January 14, 1901. CHAP. 41.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Giles W. Taylor. January 14, 1901. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rjegresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the <1§;1§;i§§g`1a{_¤¤r- [L Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ° rr pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Giles W. Taylor, late of Company F, Nineteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and Company I, Third Regiment New York Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiv·ing. Approved, January 14, 1901. CHAP. 42.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Major A. Northrop. January 14. 1901. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Regaresentatives of tbe United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the glgggigg-i§g;‘*hms· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Major A. Northrop, late of Company H, Fifteenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and of Company K, Eighteenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving- Approved, January 14, 1901.
