Phillips, widow of Benjamin B. Phillips, late of Company K, Sixth Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, January 23, 1901. CHAP. 149.—An Act Granting a pension to Anna E. Littlefield. January 23, 1901.
