February 25· 190&__ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re esentatices of the United States of America in Congress assembled, rlzliat the Secretary of the {,‘;‘§,‘§{0¥1V;I*;Q‘;,§“§€d Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ' pension roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jacob Wl>Kouts, late of Company D, First Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1901. CHAP. 506.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Samuel S. Stafford. February 25. 1901. Stafford, late first lieutenant of Company A, One hundred and fourteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and ay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
