Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofR%resentate}ves of the United States of America im Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the §,·>é¤;_;1;01§111¤r- Interior be, and- he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Sarah Mil er, widow of Peter Miller, late of Company K, Fortyseventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1901. » CHAP. 661.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Condy Menalis. February 28, 1901. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rrzipresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the gonqrmpualis. d Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °°s`°°m°”°°S° l` pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Condy Menalis, late of Company A, Two hundred and second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in l1eu of that he is now receiving. Young, late of Company D, One hundred and fifty-seventh Regiment Pennsy vania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
