Tr¤v¤¤¤¤¤¤P¤¤¤¤· · The governor, surveyor-general, marshals, judges, clerks of court, and district attorneys s all, in addition to their salaries, be paid their actual traveling and subsistence expenses when traveling in the discharge of their official duties. Accounts for such expenses shall be rendered and paid as are accounts of judges, marshals, clerks, and district attorneys for like expenses in other districts. ¤c§‘§§1V§{g;§'§§§§“g10*$ In case of the death, removal, resignation, or absence of the governor emo:. from the district, the ‘surveyor—general as .ex officio secretary of the district shall have, and he is hereby authorized and required to execute . and perform, all the powers and duties of the governor during such S Elapancy or absence, or until another governor shall be appointed to suc vacancy. · _ m{§§§,‘}}{,,‘§§,“,‘Q,{, ‘i,°,,’§l Sec. 11. An accurate detailed account of all fees received and disuw marshals- bursementsmade by commissioners and deputy marshals shall be filed quarterly yvith theclerk for the proper division of the district court and approved by the judge thereof, if found to be in accordance with law; and all net fees received in excess of the sum of three thousand dollars per annum by any commissioner or deputy marshal shall be annually paid to the clerk of the proper division of the court and by - him paid into the Treasury of the United States, such dpayment to be accompanied by a verified detailed statement of such, eputy or comm1ssioner. · °l¤m’b°¤d¤- Sec. 12.
