That twenty thousand dollars of the appropria-` tion made by Act of June twenty-eighth, nineteen hundred and two, entitled "An Act making appropriations for the support of the Mili- Am l’· “°· tary Academy for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and three, and for other pur es," under the head of the item . “To increase the eihciency of the llltgnited States Military Academy at West Point, New York,” is hereby made available for the purchase of the "Dassouri" tract of land, containing two hundred and twenty acres, more or less, adjoining the military reservation at West Point, New York.
