APU} 17» 1902 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rrporesentatives of the United [Plame, NO. M`] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Hel"- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Christina Heitz, widow of Charles Heitz, late of Company I, Third Regiment United States Reserve Corps Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 17, 1902. . CHAP. 533.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Henry F. Benson. Apr1l17, 1902. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rrlepresentatives of the United [Pm7m' N0' M'] States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the §§;£uf,£¢¤w¤·, Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place on the ' Ension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension ws, the name of Henry F. Benson, late of Company B, Twenty-third Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
