H6'] States of America in Congress assembled, thsit the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and di·rected to place on the pension roll, subject the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Lizzie I. Rich, widow of William H. Rich, late of Compames I and B, Thirty-first Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
