Chap. 606.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles E. Mink.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles E. Mink, late captain Company H, First Regiment New York Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Chap. 607.—An Act Granting a pension to Sarah Ulshafer.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah Ulshafer, widow of Jacob Ulshafer, alias Jacob Banks, late of Company A, Fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Albert S. Elmore, late of Captain Rush Elmore’s company, Fifth Regiment Louisiana Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Erwin, late of Company B, First Regiment Vermont Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
