pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the_pension aws, the name of Degraphenreed P. McKinley, late of Captain Gyles inde ndent company Putnam County Missouri Home Guards, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 28, 1904.

Approved, April 28, 1904.
