Chap. 486.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Martin.

M,,,,,,,_ States af America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤¤¤i¤¤*¤¢¤*>¤*<*· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Mary Martin, widow of William Martrn, late of captain J. H. Winbush’s company, Virginia Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty

dollars per month in lieu o t at she is now receiving..—An Act Granting a pension to {{{grantee}}}.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of {{{grantee}}}, {{{quality}}}, and pay him a pension at the rate of {{{rate}}} dollars per month.

pension roll, subgect to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name 0 Reuben Allred, late of Company A, Mormon Battalion, Iowa Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay_ him a pension at

the r·ate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving..—An Act Granting a pension to {{{grantee}}}.
