Barcroft wm,,,,, _,_B,,,m,,_ late of Company H, Eighty-sixth Re iment United States Colored ,H°¤¤¢¤l>£= dis Troops, shal be eld and considered to Fave been honorably discharged gnu from the service as of date June ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, and the Secretary of War is authorized to issue to said Barcroft a certificate of such discharge: Provided, That no pay, bounty, or allowance §;W*¤¤· em

shall accrue or be paid to said Barcroft by reason of this Act. Ny' '.—An Act Granting a pension to {{{grantee}}}.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of {{{grantee}}}, {{{quality}}}, and pay him a pension at the rate of {{{rate}}} dollars per month.

No- 506.] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War mmm _,_ Fm,,, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, acknowledge, ukqmjaw York and deliver, in the name of the United States of America, to Edward q ' J. Farrell, a deed of quitclaim and release quitclaiming and releasing to said Edward J. Farrell, his heirs and assigns, all the right, title, and interest of the United States of America in and to the followingdescribed land, under water, in the city of New York and State of New York, namely: Beginning at a point in the northerly line of the Croton ¥’¤¤>¤P*~l¤¤- Aqueduct appropriation, where the same is intersected by the easterly side of lands taken by the United States Government for the improvement of the Harlem River, and running] thence northerly along said easterly side of said lands taken by the nited States Government for the improvement of the Harlem River one hundred and seven and eighty-seven one-hundredths feet to the lands of the estate of William B. Ogden; thence westerly alon the lands formerly of the estate of William B. Ogden fifteen and fbrty-five one-hundredths feet to the pier and bulkhead line established by the United States Government in eighteen hundred and ninety; thence southerly along said last-mentioned line one hundred and eight and forty-three one- undredths feet to the lands formerly of the Lroton Aqueduct appropriation; thence easterly along said lands nine and fifty-nine one-hundredths feet to the _ point or place of beginning: Provided, That the said Edward J. Farrell Qggrgr mummy_ shall show, by proof satisfactory to the Secretary of War, that he is
