Chap. 377.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to George Jeffrey.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George Jeffrey, late of Company A, Fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles Johnson, late of Company G, One hundred and tenth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and Company E, Fourth Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Davis, late of Company G, Second Regiment New York Volunteer Mounted Rifles, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
