Island on the frontage owned by the Association for the Preservation of Virginia Antiquities, the precise location to be agreed upon by the Secretary of War and said association and to be donated by said asso- A¤v¤>P¤¤¤°¤- ciation to the United States, the sum of fifteen thousand dollars, or so - much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of any ‘7<>¤¤‘¤¤¤- money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
