N<>-7851 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Ryresentatives of the United Elm _,_McC,,,.d€,_ Stdtes of America in Congress assembled,hat the Secretary of the P¤¤¤i<>¤ i¤¢¤¤¤¤¤d· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Eliza J. McCardel, widow of Charles E. McCardel, late of Company A, First Battalion Georgia Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
