[Private, No. am.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of RKesentatines of the United 1mg8W_Q2H_ States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the P¤¤¤i<>¤i¤cr¤¤¤¤d- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension linews, the name of James W. Stell, late of Captain J. S. G1llett’s company, Texas Mounted Riiiemen, war with Mexico and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
