Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the pension liiews, the name of Warren Blye, late of Company I, Nint Regiment Michi n Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dolliirs per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
