[rnvim, No. an.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United CHPHYOS, States of America in Omgress assembled, That_ the Secretary of the Pensivninciunei- Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the Eension lincws, the name of Casper Yost, late first lieutenant Company , First Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and §y him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of t t he is now receiving. Gaunt, late of Company B,_Second Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
