Pickett, paymaster, United States Army, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand four hundred and fifty-six dollars and seventeen cents. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Stephen D. Hopkins, late of Company I, Tenth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
