 CHAP. 1778.—~An Act Granting an increase of pension to Luke McLoney.

IPr1v•¤=»N<>- 1667-l Be it enacted by the Senate and House qf.R¥resentatives of the United Luke McL,,,ey_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¢¤i¤¤¤¤¤¤·¤¤¤- Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, sub'ect to the ppovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name oi Luke Mc ney, late of Company H, One hundred and seventy-seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that e is now receiving. ' Approved, April 23, 1906.

Allen, late of Company I, Secon Regiment California Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per mouth in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1906.
