N¤· 290%] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Joseph A_Bmm_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤¤¤i<>¤i¤¤~¤¤<=d· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Joseph A. Barnard, late of Company A., Eleventh Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that e is now receiving. Approved, June 11, 1906.

 CHAP. 3132.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eliza Rogers.

[Private No- 2909-1 Be it enacted by tbe Senate and House of Representatives of the United mmxofgm States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤¤¤i<>¤ <=r¤¤¤¢¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Eliza Rogers, widow of Michael Rogers, late of United States Marine Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in ieu of that she is now receiving. Auchmuty, late of Company C, One hundred and thirty-first Regiment, and Company D, Two hundred and eighth Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 11, 1906.
