 CHAP. 306.——A.n Act Granting an increase of pension to Oliver N. McLain.

Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the 1`provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Oliver . McLain, late of Company E, Thirty- fourth Regiment Iowa Volunteer lnfantry, and Company A, Seventh Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 21, 1907.
